Founder and Executive Director

Shakila Hasan Manaf is an education inclusion advocate from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq with expertise in educational institution and project management, monitoring, and evaluation. She holds an MA in Business Administration from University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH). Raised in a rural area, her experience shaped her commitment to advancing equitable education for underserved communities.

She has collaborated with local institutions and international organizations to support education and youth development. Shakila serves as the Iraqi Youth Representative for UNESCO’s Education 2030 agenda and was nominated by Arab States to the Regional Coordination Mechanism in the Arab Region (RCM-AR).

She is an alumna of the MSP Scholarship at The Hague Academy for Local Governance and the Great Wall Association with the Academy of International Business Officials in China.

Program Manager

Ronak Abdulkhalq Zada is a Co-Founder and member of the executive management team at Ask Educator Organization (AEO), serving as Program Manger. She is from a rural community in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from Salahaddin University and has over three years of experience in teaching, Her journey in community service began as a volunteer, where she actively contributed to educational, youth and social initiatives aimed at creating positive change for young people.

She currently serves as an ESL Teacher at a private school, where she supports students’ language development and learning outcomes. At Ask Educator Organization, she leads program planning, development and community-based initiatives that promote youth empowerment, and sustainable development. She also contributes to organizational growth through strategic project design, proposal writing, and partnership development to expand opportunities for underserved communities.

HR Manager

Hanaa Ahmed Abdullah is a Co-Founder and member of the executive management team at Ask Educator Organization (AEO), serving as Human Resources Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics Education from Salahaddin University and has over six years of experience in teaching, educational leadership, and school administration.

She currently serves as an Assistant Principal at an international school, where she supports academic coordination, staff development, and school operations. At Ask Educator Organization, she contributes to strengthening organizational systems, team development, and the implementation of educational initiatives that promote youth development and access to quality learning opportunities.

Deputy Director and Finance Manager

Yahqob Nader Abdullah is a Co-Founder and member of the executive management team at Ask Educator Organization (AEO), serving as Deputy Director and Finance Manager. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Soran University.

With experience in education, administration, and financial management, Yahqob possesses three years of teaching experience and has served in administrative and financial positions across various institutions and private sector companies. He also has extensive experience coordinating with government ministries.

At AEO, he oversees financial operations, strengthens financial systems, and promotes organizational transparency and efficiency. Leveraging his technical background, he supports the digital transformation of organizational processes. Yahqob has also participated in several international leadership programs, including ALP, AILP, and AAP, contributing to both his professional growth and the development of the organization.
